4mm Wire High Security Welded Mesh Fence

High Security Welded Mesh Fences provides an aesthetically pleasing yet permanent barrier. Select from the many hot dip gavanized fence panel designs that come in both square and rectangular patterns. Each fence panel is produced by an automatic electrofusion process. The simple, clean lines are particularly suitable for both prestige and high security applications including residential, sports, leisure, industrial and military.

High Security Welded Mesh Fence has a hot-dip galvanized finish with a polyester powder coating giving them the best corrosion protection in the industry. The coatings availble in 15 color choices, ensured protection from the elements, eliminated maintenance,endured exposure without crazing or fading.

Mesh Pattern
76.2 mm (3") x 12.7mm (0.5") welded at each intersection
Horizontal wires: 4 mm diameter at 12.7 mm centres
Vertical wires: 4 mm diameter at 76.2 mm centres
Weld strength:
- 75% of the minimum tensile strength of the wire
- Tensile range 540-690 N/m2

Recommended Post System 
3D Post System:
- 80x60x2.5mm RHS intermediate posts pitched at 2.525m centres
- 80x80x3mm RHS corner posts
- utilise steel fixing brackets to secure panels to the front face of the posts.
Panels are butt jointed at each post for securing with double-drilled fixing brackets, posts are fitted with twin rows of M8 threaded inserts

Coating Technique
Panels made out of galvanised wires (min. 40 g/m2). An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).
The posts are polyester powder coated with a galvanised substrate in accordance with Euro norm 10147 (min. 60 micron).
