Market Grade Wire Cloth range from a 2x2 mesh/.63wire/.437 opening to a 635x635mesh/.0008 wire. Wire diameters are slightly larger than Mill Grade or Tensil Bloting Cloth. Market grade specifications are generally considered 'stock' and available off-the-shelf. When additional open area is required Mill Grade specifications may be considered.
This group of industrial wire mesh specifications is woven utilizing moderate wire diameters (larger than Mill Grade) resulting in a high strength square mesh screen cloth, suitable for general purpose screening. Market Grade wire cloth specifications are typically available from stock in stainless steel. Other materials include Phosphor Bronze, Bronze, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Monel and Nickel.
